Terms of Use
The University of Kansas requires that all individuals, organizations, departments and companies, both internal and external, obtain permission before using the marks of the University in a commercial or non-commercial manner. By downloading artwork from this site, you agree that you have read and will comply with the terms and conditions of the University of Kansas' Graphic Identity Standards.

If you are a student, faculty or staff member of The University of Kansas, and intend to use the marks in a non-commercial manner or for personal use, please use the process outlined to download the marks. Designs must be approved by the University's Trademark Licensing Office prior to commercial production.

If you intend to use the marks in connection with the production of a commercial product intended for to resale , please contact the Collegiate Licensing Company at www.clc.com to request a licensing application. The University of Kansas has partnered with the Collegiate Licensing Company to manage the University's trademark licensing program. Use of the University's marks in this manner without receiving written permission may be considered trademark infringement and unfair competition, and will be treated accordingly.

*All designs using marks in connection with the production of a commercial product must be approved by the University's Trademark Licensing Office prior to commercial production.
