Fun KU downloads
For MAC and PC: Click on the appropriate link for the template you wish to download. Save the file to your computer in the following location: > Applications > Microsoft Office > Templates > My Templates

> Download templates now
Using the templates
Launch PowerPoint and select "Project Gallery" from the "File" menu. To create a new presentation the previously saved KU template, choose "My templates" under the "New" tab. All templates saved in your "My templates" folder will appear here. To add new slide types, click "Add Objects" from the "Formatting Palette." The template design will be applied to the slide type you choose.

Customizing the template
Users can customize KU templates by replacing the university signature with the signature of their parent unit.
From the "View" menu, select "Master," then "Title Master." The signature on the title page may be replaced by a unit signature. From the "Insert" menu, select "Picture," then "From file" to locate your unit signature file. Be sure to save your unit signature as a GIF or PNG file before inserting it. Once inserted, size your signature accordingly by dragging the corners or by using the tools in the "Image" section of the formatting palette. Delete the university signature. To customize the interior slides in your presentation, simply repeat the process by selecting "Master," then "Slide Master" from the "View" menu.
